Hello! Okay so I know I have been posting this picture for quite some time already, but no recipes. It's because I was waiting to do call centre before I can blog. Haha. Anyway! I am 1/4 through to my goal of 100 recipes!! Wheee! Hahas... Amazeballz..!
So let's cut to the chase now and let me share you this DELICIOUS recipe! Seriously it is as easy as ABC. Now let's get to it!
Ingredients
Russet potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Mixed Herbs
A slice of cheddar cheese (per potato)
Butter
Garlic (thinly sliced)
Instructions
It's easy you know. Wash you potato thoroughly becuase you'll be eating with the skin yeah. Next, you cut the potatoes, but not all the way through. Like leave 1/7 of the potato uncut. Then in between the thin layers, you slot in some butter, and garlic. Then you sprinkle some salt, pepper and mixed herbs for seasoning. I put some chilli powder to make it spicy hehe. Then you wrap it in aluminium foil and bake it for 1 hour. After you are done, take it out, just open the top part of the foil. You tear the cheese apart, and slot it in between the potatoes and some you just place on top of the potato. Bake for about 5 minutes, just until the cheese melts. *ding*! And you're done to devour this tasty dish! :D
